Month/Day of Coordination

Day off coordination planning begins with a meeting one month before the wedding date to cover contracts and ensure that no detail was missed. A week before the wedding date a second meeting will take place preferably at the venue to finalize all contracts and provide timelines. Continuous phone and email guidance will be available to you throughout this entire month.

Day off

  • Guidance throughout the entire day.
  • Attend to you, your family and wedding party needs.
  • Receive all personal flowers, organize and disperse.
  • Ensure photographers is on time armed with must have shots list.
  • Direct and supervise all vendors during set-up.
  • Oversee implementation of design and decor for ceremony and reception.
  • Setting of the escort card table.
  • Setting and placement of all wedding accessory: cake servers, toast glasses, seating cards, program.
  • Assist with set up of, menu cards, table numbers , favors sign-in guest book, ect.
  • Gather and line up family members and wedding party for ceremony.
  • Communicate with musicians on ceremony song selections and cueing wedding party for processional.
  • Ensure guests are directed to the cocktail reception.
  • Ensure any or all florals and decor to be transferred to reception.
  • Assist in bustling wedding gown.
  • Cue band/musicians/DJ for grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and last dance.
  • Ensure all wedding gifts and cards are gathered and secured.
  • Gather all wedding accessory items at the end of the evening.
  • Handle final payments and gratuities to vendors.
  • Access to emergency kit with last minute essentials.

$800 - $1500+

Additional Assistant(s) at a rate of $250 each will be required for wedding with over 75 guests, and if ceremony and reception are in multiple locations.
